No Resolution with Banks

As yet I have had no satisfaction with CITIBANK on the previuos posts problems regarding the stuff up with the foreign currency transfer.
What to do ????the people receiving the money at the other end are out of pockets $55 and I am out of pocket $80.
None of the problems were caused by the person receiving monies or myself.
Next Monday there will be a complaint lodged to the Financial Ombudsmen as the bank does not seem to be able to sort the ridiculous situation out.
I was right in the previous post that Banks are ROBBERS!
Worse than ever today when people are struggling to make ends meet in business and private lives they are being mercilessly massacred by BANKS and how does one try and fight them to recoup the monies ripped out of everyone illegally.
I am taking a stand and it may not seem a lot of money but how many people do they do it to and no one fights back, well I am taking a stand, Enough is Enough!!!
