Have not been writing lately as I am so upset about events of the world that one wants to just hibernate.
I don't know if others feel the same way but where are we heading as a human race is the question ???
All the mayhem, political unrest, blatant human rights violations , murders in theatres , tonight in Aurora ,Colorado.
Trials of war criminals, Bombings in Bulgaria !
He said she said type mentality , United Nations cannot get a resolution because the Russians and Chinese don't want to vote re Syrian sanctions.
Euro melt down of finances in Spain, Greece, Italy , Portugal and Ireland etc etc.
This country and that country cannot decide which way to handle refugees and what is the best way to stop them fleeing from turmoil and strife and who is at fault and we don't want the refugees in our country and we lock them up and the government cannot decide who is a refugee and who is a threat and they even lock up children. Shameful when governments cannot agree to disagree.
In the Congo there is fighting and children are enslaved as soldiers , women are raped , North and South Sudan have their differences, Egypt cannot have a clear run without the military in government.
Unrest in Bahrain , human rights bause in Tunisia.
Mick Romney the presidential candidate in USA has hidden his finances off shore .US returned soldiers from Afghanistan cannot earn a living as the God Bless America will not look after them on their return and many have all the problems of no jobs , so they struggle to survive after going to the various wars in Iraq and Afghanistan etc etc.
Then there is Israel blaming Iran for the bombing in Bulgaria ,who knows until it is investigated.
People starving in Africa due to drought and little solace in help arriving.
Unrest in India about not enough pay from certain car company for their employees.
Women are being tortured and shot by ruthless Taliban men who think they are superior in the scheme of things to women, think about it who is the soul of a family and who bears the children and who feeds the children and who are the unrewarded slaves....women in society.
Women have every right to be counted and educated , just like men, where is equality of the sexes in this world!!!!
Others burying their heads in the sand that there is no global warming, icebergs are breaking up at an enormous fast pace, we are drilling for oil , we are drilling for gas , we are killing our sea life , we are polluting our air, the crops are failing , there are fires from extreme heat and floods from extreme rains and floods, Pakistan still has not helped those in need after the floods.
Land developers cutting down rain forests in Indonesia and Brazil etc etc.
England is currently in Olympic fever, but again at what price , with missiles ontop of apartment blocks , on terrorist watch .
Fearful of imminent attack on athletes and population.
The Olympic rings as a trade mark has been banned from appearing even in the florist ...quite a joke to say the least .... no one owns the right to having a spirit and sadly big business is killing this event off too.
The original Olympics was about sportsmanship and a getting together of the best athletes, not about money , greed and the owning of an athlete by a company ..
Another shameful creation of so callled intelleigent humans.
I think many people in the world have lost sight of reality , if there are other beings or life forces out there in space which I believe there are , many would be shaking their heads at the mess we as human beings have created with our wars , our social uncaring , our inhumane treatment of one another our disdain and abuse of nature and the warnings she is giving us..
Maybe the life forces are even contemplating ., rubbing their hands , their tentacles or their telepathic minds ..it is a good time to make a move on the planet before earth itself ,self implodes before all that beauty is lost .
People on earth , must stand up , to the politicians we vote for, the business people who we are employed by , the bankers and financiers who are supposed to run economies.........it is time to really evaluate the future that we want to create for our children.
As the way the human race is going at present it is very very frightening in many ways and one must really wonder is there going to be a future or are we moving along a path to self destruction.
I hope not . But currently Greed, Avarice, Inhumanity , also Insanity is ruling all of us.
We need Equality ,Kindness, Generosity , Understanding and a real Humanity to rule the world.
